REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy
We offer spiritual services, puja samagri, and sacred items. Due to the nature of our offerings, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • For Online Puja & Ritual Services: Cancellations will not be allowed after booking. However, rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will be accommodated. Requests made within 48 hours of the service may not be eligible for rescheduling.

  • For Prasad & Sacred Item Orders: Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

  • For Subscription Services: Monthly or yearly subscription services can be canceled anytime, but refunds will not be issued for the ongoing billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

  • Service Refunds: If a puja or ritual service is not performed due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund will be provided.

  • Product Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the received product is damaged or incorrect. Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Personalized puja samagri, prasad, and blessings are non-refundable.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. In case of any delays, please contact our support team.
